A 15-minute grace period will be granted for unforeseen circumstances. After 15 minutes, a 20% charge will be applied to service. After the 15-minute grace period has elapsed it will be considered a no call/no show. Last minute cancellations and no call/no shows will be charged 50% of the total service. If this fee is not paid, you will be banned from booking with Alchemy Nail Lab in the future.
